Chrissy Taylor is a Certified Escrow Officer with Fidelity National Title Central Coast, serving clients throughout Paso Robles, the North County, and Scenic Coast. She began her career in escrow in 1992, gaining early experience in residential transactions and developing a strong foundation in the title and closing process.
After several years in the industry, Chrissy transitioned into medical sales, where she spent over a decade building relationships, navigating complex client needs, and sharpening her communication and service-driven approach. In 2020, she returned to escrow after relocating to the Central Coast bringing with her not only her original industry expertise, but also a renewed perspective shaped by years of client-focused experience outside of escrow.
Today, real estate professionals rely on Chrissy as a steady, solutions-oriented closing partner who understands how to keep transactions moving forward. She is known for being highly detail oriented and for her ability to pull together all the moving pieces of an escrow to create a smooth, organized experience. Chrissy approaches each file with the belief that when communication is clear and details are handled upfront, the entire transaction feels easier for everyone involved.
She especially enjoys the human side of her work celebrating with first-time homebuyers and connecting with sellers who are closing out homes filled with lifelong memories. It is those moments, and hearing clients say “you made this so easy,” that continue to drive her passion for what she does.
Outside of escrow, Chrissy enjoys spending time with her husband and kids and embracing everything the Central Coast has to offer from Paso Robles wine country to the scenic coastline. She is proud to call the region home and to support the real estate professionals who serve it.
